It’s been a strange old time for the hospitality industry but, as we start to emerge from lockdown, Imago Venues wanted to share their promise for the future.
" We have produced two documents, the first is our Customer Manifesto that sets out ten actions we have taken to give you the confidence to hold events in our venues.
But there is just one overarching pledge:
To deliver the same fantastic customer service we always have,
whilst protecting the safety of all our guests.
This isn’t just a response to Covid-19. This is how we promise to do business in the future. Our industry is all above service. As we all adapt to a new ‘normal’, our insistence on quality and outstanding customer care will never change.
Our teams have also been busy preparing a comprehensive set of measures designed to give you the peace of mind to book your next event. We understand that things will not be quite the same for a while and you will need us to be flexible and creative with our spaces to meet your objectives and give you the confidence to go ahead. Our Safe In Our Hands Guide is designed to guide you through exactly what to expect and the measures we have put in place to keep you and your delegates safe.

As we can’t yet show you around our venues in-person, we have created a virtual experience for you to see the amazing facilities we have. It’s a fully automated guided tour by the BDM team, you can find these here:
